He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeri Cook of Lake St; his children, Elsbeth R. Lokey of Baton Rouge and Christopher J. Cook (Jennifer) of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Julia and Matthew Cook; and his brother Jerome Cook of Rockford, Illinois. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
