He is survived by: his wife Bernice Ann Hornbeck; his children, Debbie McNamee of Fort Meyers, FL, Cathy Hornbeck of Chapel Hill, NC, Lori Wright of Santa Anna, CA and David Hornbeck of St. Petersburg, FL; his stepchildren, Sheri Varley, Mattli Varley (Paul Mattli) of St. Charles, MO and Tom Varley (Patti Darnley) of Pittsburgh, PA; his brother Leo Hornbeck (Wilma) of Marseilles, IL; and his great grandchild Geri Snyder. He is also survived by one sister and two brothers.
