She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thomas and Nadine Thomas; and her brothers, Eugene and Jack. She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Mick"; her sister Diane "Raye" Harrison; her children, Tyler Kluczny (Erin Moriarty) and Kacey Whitworth (Martin); and her grandchildren, Hannah Kluczny, Gabrielle Whitworth and Evan Whitworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
If desired, friends may make contributions to the Knight ADRC Memory and Aging Project at Washington University, where Gaye participated in Alzheimer's research, including the donation of her brain to further their scientific studies.
