He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Anderson and Lucille Anderson (Michel); his daughter Michele Anderson; his grandchildren, Raquel Rankin and Jason Anderson; and his brother-in-law John Schweitzer, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Anderson; his children, Donald Anderson, Jr., Michael Anderson (Tina), Vicky Rankin (Patrick) and Mary Jean "Jeanie" Klein (Dennis); his sisters, Darlene Daniels, Joyce Anderson, Gayle Rakey, Marsha King (Craig) and Sherry Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Schweitzer, D. Thomas Bopp, Dr. Timothy Bopp and Margaret York. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pitman Funeral Home (1545 Wentzville Pkwy, Wentzville, MO 63385). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church-Wentzville (405 S Church St, Wentzville, MO 63385).
