We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2023, at the age of 68, D'An Perjensky of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Frank and Ruth Frank; and her son Samuel Evola. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Wally" Perjensky; her daughter Rochelle Murchison (Jay); her grandchildren, Coleman, Cooper and Calvin; and her sibling Sheral Burke (Steve).

Baue Funeral Homes is currently following CDC recommendations regarding mask and social distancing policies.

Memorials may be made in D'An's name to Cerebral Palsy Foundation in honor of her late son, Sammy.
