It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Hlavaty of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Margaret McCoy and Melvin Hicks McCoy; her grandchild Joey Govero; her brothers, Gary McCoy, Floyd McCoy and Melvin "Chipper" McCoy; her siblings-in-law, Lynn Holloway and Kathy McCoy; and her parents-in-law, Barbara Hlavaty and William Hlavaty III.

She is survived by: her husband William Hlavaty IV; her children, Lara Williams (Jeff), Katie Govero (Cory Everett) and William "Billy" Hlavaty (Sara); her grandchildren, Sophie Williams, Jeffrey Williams, Carson Everett, Avery Hlavaty, Sydney Everett, Jack Govero, Ella Hlavaty, Camden Everett, William Hlavaty VI and Adelyne Hlavaty; her siblings, Tim McCoy (Sheila), Terry Holloway, Connie Broidy (Neil), Rick McCoy, Cindy Smith, Scott McCoy (Sunye) and Vicky Keifer (Tony); and her sister-in-law Mary Nell McCoy. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
