He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Spinti and Nora Spinti (Cason); his wife Sharon "Kay" Spinti; his son-in-law Ivan Hobbs; and his pet Petey.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Christy Miller of Ft. Myers Beach, Angelia Miller-Gilbert (Randolph) of McKinney and Amanda Rodgers (Casey) of Branson, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Samantha Garrett, Miller Rogers, Finley Rogers, Austin Hunter and Ryan Hunter.
