He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Fults (Jennifer) of Lake Ozark, MO and Rex Fults (Tami) of Bakersfield, CA.; his grandchildren, Andrea, Valerie and Trinety; his brothers, Kenneth Fults (Jackie) of Kaiser, MO and Gary Fults (Wanda) of St. Louis, MO.; his wife Alicia Fults; and his sister Donna Urfer.
