He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Landis. He is survived by: his mother Treva Landis Oldham of Topeka; his wife Rhonda; his son Shane (Ashley); his grandchildren, Hudson and Ruby; and his brother Chuck (Annie) of Osakaloosa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
