She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Alice Phillips (Shannon); and her brother Phillip. She is survived by: her husband John Y. Leaver; her children, Jack Leaver (Pam) of Lake Ozark, MO, Fiona Leaver Kennard (David) of Silverthorne, CO, Andrew Leaver (Cindy) of Omaha, NE and Mandy Leaver of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, John, Katie, Kyle, Brooke, Jason, Mackenzie and Ryan; her sister Eileen Shannon of Great Britain; her granddaughter Nikki; and her sister Kate. She is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren.
