She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Byrd (Rocky Mount), Janet Scheuler Kim (Paul) and Diane Shelton (Vince); her grandchildren, Christopher Byrd (Amanda), Christina Gizzarelli (John), Ronin Kim, Lauren Shelton (Sam Deskin) and Haley Brumley (Garrett); and her great grandchildren, Carleena Byrd, Elam Byrd, Emalyn Byrd, Blaine Byrd and Barrett Deskin.
