He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Meadows and Alta Mae Meadows (Kindrick). He is survived by: his wife Diane Jurgensmeyer; his daughters, Elaine Douglas and Elizabeth Waltz (Josh); his sister Vicki Harper (Clyde); his grandchildren, Brianna (Brandon), Zachary, Antonniah, Abigail, Ian and William; and his great grandchildren, Milo and Amelia.
