He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Deardorff and Margaret Deardorff (O'Brien). He is survived by: his wife Sue Mitchell; his children, Tim Deardorff of Mexico and Jamie Deardorff of Mexico; his granddaughter Amanda Veasman (Joseph) of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Samantha Veasman.
