He is survived by: his son Harold Holder (Jane) of St. Peters, Missouri; his grandchildren, Katherine Beck (Eric) of Fairfax and Justin Holder (Danielle) of Bettendorf, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Brody and Quintin; and his nephew Chuck.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to donate to the organization of their choice.
