She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lazo and Nora Lazo (Large); her son Barry Kevin Costello; and her brother Andy Crase. She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Middleton (Kelly) and Lisa Larsen (Brent Solomon); her son-in-law Donny Larsen; her grandchildren, Adam Schlitt (Shasta), Meagen Schlitt (Clint Stratman) and Kelly Anthony Middleton; her nieces, JonMarie Wright and Victoria Gianopoulos; and her great grandchild Ben Gideon.
