He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest LaFrance and Lea LaFrance; and his sisters, Donna and Louise. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gulseth of Devil's Lake; his children, Lon (Diana), Dane (Katie), Troy (Anja) and Ryan (Kate); his grandchildren, Danielle (Justin), Brett (Sandy), Colin (Rilee), Pari, Kalli, Nathan, Alex, Isabelle, John and Elliot; his siblings, Linda (Jim), Tim (Sandy) and Terry (Renee); and his brothers-in-law, Mel and John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great- nephews.
