She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lacy and Emaline Blanche Maynor; her former husband Robert Karl Miller, Sr.; her close friend John J. Eisenhart; her sisters, Mary L. Hazen, Margaret L. Kelly and D. Emaline Conrad; her brothers-in-law, Edward F. Kelly, J. Eugene Conrad and Jack T. Hazen; her nephews, Frederick L. Stanley, Jr., Robert T. Hazen, J. Michael Conrad and Thomas A. Conrad; her stepdaughter Donna M. Ballard; and her great grandchild Emma Jo Singleton.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Kendall Ballard; her children, Robert Karl Miller, Jr. of Camdenton, MO, Karen Suzanne Singleton (Tracy) of Polo, IL, Lynette Ann Miller of Warrenton, MO and Leslie Evans Edgar of Dixon, IL; her stepchildren, Judy D. VanCuren (John) of Anthem, AZ and Kendall R. Ballard (Rebecca) of Kansas City, MO.; her sister Elizabeth Ann Stanley (Fred) of Wytheville, VA; and her brother-in-law Monfort J. Ballard (Lorraine). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
