He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Groves, Sr. and Mary Huey; his brother Jerry Groves; his son-in-law Jack Glennon; and his granddaughters, Laura and Olivia Glennon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Groves (Pearl); his daughters, Sherry Glennon and Debbie McCarty (Bill); his brother Mike Groves (Patti); his sister-in-law Pat Groves; his grandchildren, Billy McCarty (Marissa), Megan McCarty and Grace Glennon; and his great grandchild Cora McCarty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
