He was predeceased by: his father Emmet Hezekiah Balch Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine Balch; his daughter Holly Lynn Balch of Springfield, Missouri; his mother Evelyn Louiza Brown (Brown) of Fort Worth, Texas; and his siblings, Lisa Dawn Ward of South Lake, Texas and Hezekiah Balch of Keller, Texas. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
