She was predeceased by: her father Jack Gaddis; and her nephew Brandon Beckham. She is survived by: her niece Bethany; her friends, Don and Misti; her daughters, Katherine Grace Kostuke and Emily Hayden Kostuke (Greg Kostuke); her mother Dixie Gaddis; her sister Angela; her brother-in-law Chris Chronister; her nephew Ashley Hefner; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lizzie Jill, Zaylee Pearl and Jaxie Drinnen.
In lieu of flowers Amy would like donations to be sent to the Dogwood Animal Shelter, Osage Beach Missouri.
