He is survived by: his parents, Sheryll Williams Thomas (Jack Thomas) of Bates City, MO and George Sappenfield of Hermitage, MO; his sister Sara Sappenfield of Kansas City, MO; and his grandparents, Jack Williams Sr. of Blue Springs, MO and Caroline Sappenfield of Independence, MO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
