With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Manewal Stephens (Ladue, Missouri), who passed away on February 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Celeste Manewal and Wilton Manewal; her siblings, Wilton "Bud" Manewal and Jacqueline Getty Phillips; her daughter Georgia; and her husband Judge Douglas Ginsburg of Washington, DC. She was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews.
