He was predeceased by: his niece Jeaniece Marie Walker. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Irene; his stepfather Kenneth Bertels of Laddonia; and his sisters, Sindi Montz of Columbus, Beverly Shatley (Chris) of Clark and Cheri Prather of Mexico. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
