She was predeceased by: her husband Representative James Ray Hamlett. She is survived by: her children, Mexico Hamlett and James Kevin Hamlett; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Ann Hamlett, Katherine Bethel Hamlett and Rebecca Claire Hamlett; her great grandchild Otto Franklin Hamlett; and also Edward Pinkney French. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Ed French Charitable Foundation, in the care of Arnold Funeral Home.
