He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ruby Adams and Nancy Adams (Throckmorton); his sister Teresa Matich; and his nephew Luke Matich. He is survived by: his nephews, Scott Matich (Jolene) of Laddonia, John Matich of Laddonia and Stephen Matich of Moberly; and his brother-in-law Tom Matich of Laddonia. He is also survived by 11 great-nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the family for education, which was important to him.
