He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Russell and Maxie Pearl Sampson Eastwood; his wife Dorothy Lee Kesler; his son Russell Lee Eastwood; and his siblings, Robert Eastwood, Betty Maxwell and Glenda Hays.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Eastwood (Terri) of Laddonia and Donna Evans (Shawn) of Laddonia; his brother Donald Eastwood (Valerie) of Pevely; his grandchildren, Brooke Booska (Scott) of Thompson, Ashley Davis (GJ) of Laddonia and Jacob Eastwood of O'fallon; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Booska, Emery Booska, Maddox Booska, Rayden Booska, Kinsley Davis and Madelyn Davis.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bienhoff Funeral Homes (205 W 5th St, Laddonia, MO 63352). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
