He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hammett and Donna Jean Green Pollock; and his wife Ann Patricia Handyside Hester. He is survived by: his brother Mike Pollock (Pam) of Laddonia; his stepsons, Wade and Wesley Hester; his nephews, Ryan and Corey Pollock; his great-nephew Wade Pollock; and his great-niece Nevah Pollock.
