He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Campbell (Shirley) of Perry and Sally Ginet (John) of New Mexico; his son Josh Campbell (Candance Smith) of Laddonia; and his siblings, Scott Campbell (Melanie) of Center, Tracy Quinlin (Jerry) of New London and Jeri Stotler of Columbia.
