He was predeceased by: his parents, Velton Williams and Melva Williams (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Carrie" Carr; his children, Michael Eugene "Mike" Williams of Laddonia, Gregory Alan "Greg" Williams of O'Fallon, Patti Michelle Bloemke (Daniel) of St. Charles and Joni Lynette Williams (Dwight Downs) of St. Peters; and his grandchildren, Nate (Cody Miller), Lauren, Olivia Bloemke and Brad Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
