Though Shirley Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Mary Smith (Crowley); her son Elmer Wayne Foltz Jr.; and her brother Gary Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Rayma Vandevender (Henry) and Betty Lou Stinson; and her close friends, Mary and Leland Hoffsett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rhodes Funeral Home (216 Linn St, Brookfield, MO 64628). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
