He is survived by: his wife Janet Mitchell Curtis; his stepchildren, Elsie Curtis of Kansas City and Joe Curtis of Cameron; his grandchildren, Angela Curtis, Brandon Dixon, Sidney Lawson and Kohley Lawson; and his siblings, Dorothy Replogle, Mary Graham, Sarah Ragan Sanders, Jackie Brown and Joseph Ireland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
