He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Nixon and Geraldine Nixon (LaFon). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Colley; his daughters, Pam Compton (Duane) of Republic and Teresa Nixon (Karen Snider) of Cape Fair, Missouri; his grandson Derek Compton (Darlene); his great grandchildren, Addilynn of Clever, Missouri and Lainey of Clever, Missouri; his brother Leonard Nixon (Elaine); his nephew Jeff Nixon of Springfield, Missouri; his sister Vivian Honicutt (Bob); and his nephew John Nixon of Springfield. He is also survived by several cousins, friends, and other family members.
