She is survived by: her children, Jeff Lewsader of Carthage and Sharon Pennington (Alan) of La Russell, Missouri; her granddaughters, Jennifer Lawmaster (Josh) of LaRussell, Melissa Slates (Josh) of Carthage and Katie Pennington of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her great grandchildren, Isaich Lawmaster of La Russell, Jessica Slates of Carthage and Alex Pennington of Las Vegas.
