With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Spruce (La Russell, Missouri), born in Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on October 11, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Almous Spruce and Geda Spruce; her sisters, Naomi Cobaugh and Nancy Pennington; and her grandson Andrew Cassidy.
She is survived by: her son Michael Cassidy; her daughter-in-law Brandi; her granddaughter Makayla Cassidy; her stepson Randy Cassidy; and her brother Dale Spruce.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Carthage Health and Rehab in care of the Knell Mortuary.
