He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Loe and Freda O. Loe (Lewis); his daughters, Melinda Loe, Brenda Bergland and Jodie Loe; and his brother Gene Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hagar; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Kimra Loe of Lenexa, Kansas; his granddaughters, Ashley Clelland (B. J.) and Whitney Smith (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Kayden Clelland, Landry and Elliott Smith.
