She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julius Caesar and Erma Lorena Hawkins (Rowe); her husband Jay Newton Billings; her daughters, Kathie Chaney (Bert) of Cape Coral, Teena Billings (Danny Bunch) of La Plata and Sheila Burton (Jeff) of Jefferson City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Austin Meade (Brittany), Eden Eitel and Bailey Blackford (Cody); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hawkins of Mexia and Bev Johnson (Bob) of La Plata, Missouri. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
