He is survived by: his grandchildren, Angel Cook (Dan), Melissa Coffelt, Amanda Quaintance, Angela Courtney (Jeff), Bud Hayes, Heather Royer (Matthew), Samantha Parrish (Ty), Ron Leckbee (Scarlett), Stacey Baird (Brandon), Tara Gordon, David McQueen, Kristina McQueen and Gabe McQueen (Kelsey). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; one sister.
