She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tallent and Louise Tallent (Vining); and her brother Russell Tallent. She is survived by: her husband Ernest "Red" Powell; her children, Jay Powell of Columbia, Mark Powell of La Plata, Missouri and Renita Noel of La Plata, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Tim Powell, Rachel Powell, Rebecca Lovingier, Tyler Powell, Chelsea Powell, Jeana Curtis, Josh Noel and Jeffrey Noel. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
