He was predeceased by: his parents, George Paxton and Lucille "Lucy" Paxton (Smith); and his sister Judy Hill. He is survived by: his fiancée Anna Hamrick; his son Ryan Paxton (Tera Simmons); and his grandchildren, Tristen Paxton, Jeffrey Paxton and Ayla Huff.
