He is survived by: his children, Bobby Lee Hankins (Cumberland Gap), Ronnie Franklin Hankins and Rhonda Fern "Susie" Gilbert (Tim Burnworth); his brother-in-law Jack Knox (Debbie); and his siblings, Boyce Hankins (Leota) and Belva Hinchey (Denny). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; a great-great-grandson; and a great-great-grandchild.
