It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred William Bacon Jr. of La Monte, Missouri, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alfred William Bacon Sr.; and his stepfather Wilfried "Cooky" Koch. He is survived by: his mother Terri Lee Koch (Castiglia); his stepmother Lydia Bacon of Owensville, MO; his siblings, Christie Bacon of Warrenton, MO, Jamie Macek (Andrew) of Dresden, MO and Tony Bacon (Jamie) of San Antonio, TX; his stepsiblings, Mary, Karl, Larry, Gary and Eddie; his son Landon; and also, Meghan, Halee and Chloe. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rea Funeral Chapel (3510 W 16th St, Sedalia, MO 65301).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sedalia American Legion Post #642 in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
