He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenvil Calsaw and Emmalee Calsaw; and his siblings, Richard "Buck" Lewis, Ralph Milton Lewis, Wilford "Charlie" Lewis, Cleo Robinson, Frieda Lewis, Lottie Humphrey and June Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Lewis Jr., Tony Lewis (Vicki) of Quincy, Kerry Lewis of Mexico, MO, Stephaine Jones of La Grange, Frances Lewis Sivels (Carl) of La Grange and Marquetta Magruder (Robert) of Rock Island, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Shephard of Quincy, Norma Sue Benson (Michael) of Davenport, IA and Beverly Lewis of Quincy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of Northeast Missouri in care of Davis Funeral Home in La Grange, MO.
