She was predeceased by: her father Henry; her siblings, Ronnie and Pat; her grandson Devin Lewis; her brother-in-law Tony Tasco; and her close friend Orville Minter.

She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Hickman Lewis Jr. of La Grange; her son Kevin Lewis (Kathy) of Canton; her siblings, Roy Lewis (Ottie) of LaBelle, MO, Bobby Lewis (Cindy) of Quincy, Allan Lewis of Quincy, Doug Lewis (Stacey) of La Grange, Randy Lewis of La Grange, Jackie Humphrey (Claude) of La Grange, Connie Tasco of La Grange, Diane Lewis of La Grange and Cindy Dade (James) of La Grange; her sister-in-law Greta Lewis of La Grange; and her grandchildren, Kevin Lewis Jr. (Tiffany) of Lewistown, MO, Tevin Lewis of Quincy, Shade Lewis (Taylor) of La Grange and Tyrica Humphrey of Quincy. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to Green Chapel Baptist Church.
