She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Hickman and Maggie Hickman; her children, Pat, Ronnie and Sharon; her grandson Gardell; and her brothers, Jack and Calvin Hickman.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Lewis (Ottie) of LaBelle, MO, Robert Lewis (Cindy), Allen Lewis of Quincy, IL, Jackie Humphrey (Claude) of La Grange, Doug Lewis (Stacey) of La Grange, Connie Tasco of La Grange, Cindy Dade (James) of La Grange, Diane Eston of La Grange and Randy Lewis of La Grange; and her sisters, Thelma, Velma and Mildred. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to Green Chapel Baptist Church.
