He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Swearingen and Sylvia M. Bowen Swearingen; his wife Loma; and his son Gregory Allen Swearingen. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Campbell of La Grange, MO and Matthew Swearingen (Wendy) of Canton, MO; his granddaughter Nikki Campbell of La Grange, MO; and his great grandchild Josie Campbell of La Grange. He is also survived by several brothers in law, sisters in law and several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the La Grange Youth Center.
