He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Lowe and Betty Jane Fishback Lowe; his wife Cheryl M. Foust; his stepfather Bob Meyer (Cheryl); his daughter Melissa Jean Lowe; and his granddaughter Karlie Sue King.

He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Kline (Darrin) of Quincy and Michelle King (Charles) of Canton; his grandchildren, Lissa King of La Grange, Alec Kline of Quincy, Kaylie King of Canton and Reese Kline of Quincy; and his sisters, Marcia Job (Jerry Kent) of La Grange, KY and Debby Hetzler (Roger) of Canton.

The family suggests memorials be made to Great River Honor Flight or City of La Grange Fire and Rescue.
