He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hadfield and Nina Irene Lee Hadfield. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Wolfmeyer of La Grange; his daughters, Dawn Mayfield (Frank) of Payson, IL and Dana Hadfield Moran of Cincinnati, OH; and his sisters, Barbara Jean Brown of Quincy, IL and Joyce Graves of Palmyra, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
