We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Hilda E. Lahr of La Grange, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fredrick Cornelius and Caroline Elnora Lehenbauer (Carrie); her husband Paul Frederick Lahr of John's Lutheran Church; her son-in-law Mike Litteken; and her siblings, Wilbert Hunt, Walter Hunt (Betty) and Norma Earlywine (Merlin).
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Toliver (Larry) of Palmyra, MO and Bob Lahr (Kelly) of LaGrange; her grandchildren, Carrie Blickhan (Dan) of Palmyra, Christopher Litteken (Rachel) of Hannibal, MO, Brandon Lahr (Diane) of La Grange, Drew Lahr (Sara) of Columbia, Blake Lahr (Lindsey) of Republic, MO and Shelby Price (Storm) of Republic; her great grandchildren, Bradi Lahr, Elizabeth Deming (Liz), Brynlea Lahr, Beckett Lahr, Amelia Blickhan, Mason Lahr, Ada Lahr, Ethan Blickhan and Kennedy Lahr; her sisters-in-law, Roberta Hunt of Minnesota and Luella Hunt of Hannibal, MO; and her nephew Bobby Hunt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Ladies Aid or to the Lewis County Nursing Home in care of Davis Funeral Home, P.O. Box 146, La Grange, MO 63448.
