He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Eugene and Mary Frances Pindell Vaughn; and his brothers, Roger and Lester Vaughn. He is survived by: his sister Paula Vaughn (George Kramer); and his sister-in-law Jeri Vaughn of La Grange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the Lewis County Nursing Home.
