She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Eugene and Flossie Mae East Foust; her daughter Melissa Jean Lowe; and her granddaughter Karlie Sue King. She is survived by: her husband Mike L. Lowe of La Grange; her daughters, Heidi Kline (Darrin) of Quincy and Michelle King (Charles) of Canton; her grandchildren, Lissa King of Canton, Alec Kline of Quincy, Kaylie King of Canton and Reese Kline of Quincy; her brothers, Terry Foust (Pamela) of Tucson, AZ and Danny Foust (Debby) of Keokuk, IA; her father-in-law Robert Meyer of Canton; her sisters-in-law, Marcia Job (Jerry Kent) of La Grange, KY and Debby Hetzler (Roger) of Canton; and also, Doris Jolly of Hughesville, MO and Kelsey Cox of Sedalia, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to the La Grange Youth Center.
